How we use your personal data
The personal or HCC provided contact details you enter in HCC's ICT systems, such as Contact Portal, SAP ESS/MSS, or HCC Service Portal (ESRs and fault reporting) will be used by HCC to send you notifications about incidents affecting ICT systems or a particular site that might impact your work or choice of working location.
The notifications are sent in the legitimate interests of the Council, to help you decide what action to take until the incident is resolved. Providing you with these notifications also helps meet our duty of care to you and improve our ability to maintain business continuity.
The notifications will be sent from HCC's Major Incident Notification System (MINS) and will use the contact details you provide such as a mobile phone number or email address.
