Secure fully wireless setup
A small secure hub is installed on site and the sensors communicate securely via this hub to our system. It has battery backup and Wi-Fi and cellular connection methods.
Well being monitoring
The sensors send data to our secure cloud centre and the dashboard shows us an overview of how that person is doing. For example, we can see an indication of worsening mobility and specific areas of concern or where support is needed.
Discrete technology
We use discrete sensor technology and advanced analytics to provide social care professionals and family/carers with information that allows them to work with the resident or family member to best establish a care plan and course of support needed to keep the resident at home and independent for as long as possible.
Live notifications
Alerts can be forwarded to family members and carers as well as to social care professionals which allows for improved levels of care and planning.
Assistive technology
There are lots of ways that technology can help you around your home - from reminding you to take your medication to getting help if you fall and can't reach the phone. Devices can be standalone, linked to family or carers, or they can be connected to a team of trained advisors in a monitoring centre who will ensure you get the support you need.
